Faculty Accessibility Day

May 28
learning opportunities for faculty

Digital accessibility is part of how we support our students and one another across campus. Creating accessible course materials helps foster an inclusive learning environment. Like many teaching practices, it’s a skill that develops over time. You don’t have to do this work alone—our campus community is here to support you as you learn and grow.

Faculty Accessibility Day offers space, guidance, and hands‑on support no matter where you’re starting from. You'll work alongside colleagues, learn practical and time‑saving approaches, and receive one‑on‑one help as you make small, manageable updates to your courses. The focus of the day is on learning together and making steady progress toward digital accessibility. Lunch will be available for all attendees.

We look forward to seeing you at Faculty Accessibility Day! Faculty attendees are encouraged to, but drop-ins on the day of the event are also welcome.
